How we price, in plain English.

No tangle of line items, no surprise add-ons. Managed IT and cyber security run as a predictable monthly fee, per user, with everything you add shown as its own clear line. The work that varies, software builds and audits, is quoted as a one off project, clearly, before it starts.

Run and secure it, monthly

Managed IT support is a fixed fee of £65 per user per month, with a £130 monthly minimum so the smallest teams are still looked after. It covers proactive support, monitoring, endpoint detection and response, and Microsoft 365 management. One figure, easy to budget, no hourly meter running in the background.

Security included as standard

Endpoint and identity threat detection are built into every package, watching around the clock. Add Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, vulnerability scanning, or our defence grade DSCS Protect 365 as clear monthly lines. The team that runs your IT is the same team that defends it and proves it is secure.

Build it and prove it, quoted

One off work, a bespoke software build, a legacy modernisation, an IT and security audit, a compliance programme, is scoped and quoted on its own. You see the price and the plan before any work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Managed IT support is £65 per user per month. Endpoint detection and response, identity threat detection, patching, and Microsoft 365 management are part of it, not an upsell. Volume discounts begin at twenty users, and longer terms cost less. All figures are indicative until confirmed in a short consultation.

    Assumptions How these figures are worked out

    So the estimate is honest rather than a black box, here is exactly how it is built. The monthly side uses our real rate card and is precise. Project ranges are indicative bands, because that work depends on scope.

    • Managed IT support. £65 per user per month, with a £130 monthly minimum. Volume discounts apply to the support fee: 10 per cent from twenty users, 15 per cent from fifty, 20 per cent from one hundred. A charity discount of 15 per cent and a startup discount of 10 per cent also apply to the support fee.
    • Term. A twelve month term is the baseline. Rolling adds 10 per cent, twenty four months takes off 3 per cent, thirty six months takes off 5 per cent. The discounts and term adjustment apply to the support fee before the minimum is checked.
    • Detection and response. Endpoint and identity threat detection are included in every package, at no extra line. DSCS Protect 365 adds full defence grade managed security on top of Microsoft 365.
    • Add-ons, per month. Microsoft 365 Business Premium £17.60 per user. Server management £85 each. Managed firewall £125 per site, managed WiFi £65 per site. Hosted VPN £11 per user. VoIP £12 per user. Web hosting £30, web maintenance £50. Vulnerability scanning £100. User backup £4 per user, SharePoint and Teams backup £50, server backup £40 each.
    • Cyber Essentials, per month. Priced by size. Cyber Essentials is £85, £105, or £125 a month for up to ten, up to fifty, or more users. Cyber Essentials Plus is £265, £295, or £325 a month on the same bands, and includes the base certification.
    • Free onsite visit. Any package over £2,000 a month includes a free monthly half day onsite visit.
    • One off costs. Microsoft 365 tenant setup £250. DSCS Protect 365 implementation £2,500. Onboarding is £0, £750, or £2,500 depending on complexity, confirmed in the consultation.
    • Software and AI, as projects. Small automation from around £2,000 to £10,000. A bespoke build from around £5,000 to £50,000. Legacy modernisation from around £15,000 to £90,000. Genuinely scope dependent, so these are wide on purpose.
    • Governance and audit, as projects. An IT and security audit from around £3,000 to £8,000. Compliance readiness from around £6,000 to £18,000. ISO 27001 support from around £12,000 to £30,000.
